-Reef Odyssey uses Fed Ex priority to ship all livestock. This, in most cases, guarantees you will receive your package next day by 10:30 a.m.
-Shipping is a flat rate of $45 which includes all packaging materials. This includes a triple bag packing on all corals, styrofoam shipping box, and any heat/cool packs depending on the temperature of the destination location. Livestock orders over $300 will receive FREE SHIPPING!!
-To prevent a shipment going back on to the truck in case there is no one home to sign for the package, there will be no signature required on delivery. However, it is the recipients responsibility to be home to retrieve the package and report any problems with the livestock with in ONE HOUR of delivery attempt conformation via Fed Ex online tracking, no exceptions!!!
