| -Reef Odyssey guarantees the live arrival of your livestock. Only healthy specimens will be shipped out and if a purchased items health is questionable, the buyer will be notified and given the choice of a substitution or a delayed shipping date.
-In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Reef Odyssey MUST be notified with in one hour of delivery according to Fed Ex online tracking.
-Corals can incur stress in shipping but in most cases, if properly acclimated, should recover. Should a coral appear stressed upon arrival and perish soon after, as long as Reef Odyssey is notified with in an hour or delivery according to Fed Ex online tracking, an agreement will be met to satisfy both parties.
-Should you receive a coral that's DOA, you will be credited the full amount of the coral or, if possible, a replacement will be provided.
-There are no credits/refunds on shipping.
